Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund
  • 24–48 hours before delivery: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund
  • After delivery: No refund — hire period begins at delivery

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your delivery date at no charge, subject to availability
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original delivery time
  • Contact us by phone or email to reschedule
