Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund
- 24–48 hours before delivery: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund
- After delivery: No refund — hire period begins at delivery
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your delivery date at no charge, subject to availability
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original delivery time
